Refund & Cancellation Policy

LOTSOLUTIONS FLORIDA LLC performs land- and lot-clearing services on site. Because our work is a scheduled physical service and not a shipped product, this policy explains how estimates, deposits, cancellations and refunds work. Last updated 2026.

Estimates are free

On-site estimates cost nothing and carry no obligation. You only owe us if you accept a written quote and we perform the work.

Deposits

For larger clearing and grading jobs we may take a deposit to reserve the crew and equipment date. The deposit is applied to your final invoice. The remaining balance is due on completion.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booked job at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled start. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit to cover equipment scheduling and mobilization already committed.

Refunds

If we have not yet started the work, any deposit you paid is fully refundable (less any documented mobilization cost) within 7 business days by the same method you paid. Once clearing work has physically begun on your lot, charges reflect the labor and equipment time already spent and are non-refundable, though we will always make it right if any part of the completed work does not match the written scope.

Not satisfied?

If the finished work does not match what we quoted, call us within 3 days and we will return to correct it at no additional charge. Your satisfaction with the cleared lot is the standard we work to.
