These Terms govern the services provided by LOTSOLUTIONS FLORIDA LLC (Florida LLC L14000067925), a land- and lot-clearing company based at 10751 Deerwood Park Blvd, Suite 200, Jacksonville, FL 32256. By requesting an estimate or booking work, you agree to these Terms. Last updated 2026.
We provide on-site land and lot clearing, forestry mulching, stump grinding, debris and junk hauling, and rough grading / site prep within the Jacksonville / Duval County area and neighboring counties. All work is performed physically at the customer's property. We do not sell products online and there is no checkout on this website.
Every job begins with a free on-site estimate. The written quote defines the scope, the area to be cleared, the price and any deposit. Work outside that scope (unforeseen debris, buried obstacles, additional acreage) will be quoted separately before we proceed.
You confirm you own the property or are authorized to have it cleared, and that you will identify property lines, utilities, septic fields, wells, sprinkler lines and any structures to protect before work begins. We call in utility locates where required, but you are responsible for disclosing private lines. We operate heavy equipment and maintain general liability insurance.
Final payment is due on completion by check, card or ACH unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits, cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We perform work to professional standards and are insured, but to the extent permitted by Florida law our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific job. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or undisclosed underground features.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
